Thursday: I did 2 sets of 50 squats and an ab workout that was 100 crunches and 10 leg lifts 9 times.
Friday: I went for a 20 minute run and did the set of 100 crunches and 10 leg lifts 7 times.
Saturday: Drove back to Los Angeles and did 3 planks (45 seconds on, 15 seconds off) and 30 sit ups.
Sunday: I went for a 40 minute run and did 2x50 squats.
