Friday: We did a 2 mile run on the the treadmill and stretching for warm-up. Than erged a 1k at our goal for 2k. Much harder than we thought it would be so we took a break. Then we did a 2k at 5k minus 2.
Saturday: For a warm-up we did the Thursday circuit. In between each set we traded off running and weights. We did the strength circuit and stability on yoga balls and had a really good strech/ yoga session after.
