Sunday: Met at the boathouse and went on a run with some of the novice girls.
Monday: After driving to Phoenix all I had time to do was some planks (45 on, 15 off), 40 sit ups, 50 squats, and some stretching.
Tuesday: I went for a 35 minute run and did 50 squats, 50 sit ups, and some stretching.
