Winter Break Workouts
Sorry I haven't been posting (I was having technical difficulties with the website). So far I've been running, going to soul cycle, and these last few days that I've been in Colorado I've been cross country skiing (yesterday 3 miles today 6 miles). I'm gonna check out iRow when I get home. Hope you've all been having a good break!
