Saturday Workout
Today Cameron and I ran a mile to the Santa Monica Stairs, went 8 times up and down, and ran a mile back. Hope everyone is having a good break!
Nice work. Going to guess you'll be sore tomorrow. I'd strongly recommend you stretch!
