Workouts

Friday I did the circuits and stretched after, Saturday I did 50 stairs up and down( house stairs with 15 steps), 50 squats, 100 toe rises, 50 sit-ups, 50 cat cows, 50 sprints across about 15 yds, 50 push-ups , and 50 toe touches. Today I did 100 toe rises, 100 squats, 50 sit-ups, 50 toe touches and I ran a mile. I also stretched after. Hope everyone is having a good time!
