Workouts

I've been doing the circuits every day and stretching plus Monday I ran for 30 minutes , Tuesday I did with the app 7 Minute workout x3 and played a little soccer with my cousins, and today I also did the 7 minute workout x3 with some abdominal workouts. It's been raining and it's cold hope it gets a little warmer soon. Sorry the internees down I tried to post this yesterday
