Beach Day!

I wasn't able to make it to Santa Monica but I was able to go down to Torrance Beach.  I ran a total of about 4 miles and then did a short circuit.
50 squats x2
20 lunges x2
50 sit ups x2
2 planks (on 40, off 20) x2
