New year workouts
Wednesday I did circuits and I stretched and Thursday I ran a mile, 100 toe rises, 50 squats, 50 sit-ups, 50 abdominal crunches, 50 lunges, 40 seconds wall sits, planks, and side planks x3, and I stretched.
