Workout Review

Monday: I went for a 30 minute run and did 50 squats and 40 sit ups.

Tuesday: I went for a 25 minute run, did 50 squats, 40 sit ups, 30 lunges, 20 push ups, and then ran home ( about 10 minutes )

Wednesday: same workout as Tuesday

Thursday: I took my first Bikram Yoga class in Hermosa! It was ridiculously hot, but I plan on going back tomorrow.
