New Years workout

Today I ran one mile on a tread mill. After that I went on two machines that work your legs and on one of them I did 200 reps with a resistance of 150. After that I did 10 minutes of stretching, then I did two sets of 1 minute planks (forward, side, backwards). I finished with a set of 50 squats,  30 sit ups, and more stretching. Happy New Years everyone!!
