Last few days of break

Thursday: I did the strength circuit and Thursday circuit. After that my dad and I did a weight workout. 

Friday: I was out of town so all I could do was run so I ran two miles and stretched. 

Saturday: Today I did the Monday circuit twice. Ran 1 mile. Strength circuit. Ran 1 mile and strength circuit. After some weights and stretching.
