What I have been up to

Monday: Kaitlyn and I did the Monday circuit twice and the strength circuit. Then we biked for 20 minutes. Lots of stretching and rolling out after. 

Tuesday: I ran 3 miles and did the Thursday circuit. After I rolled out on the foam roller. 

Wednesday: Today I stretched and ran 3 miles and stretched some more.
