Last workouts

Friday I did some of the Monday circuits then headed back to the US. Saturday I went hiking for about an hour and ran for about 30 minutes and stretched. Sunday I ran for 2 miles, did about 3 times the Monday circuits, and stretched. I'm getting ready to go back to LA hope to see you guys soon.

Last Workout

Today I went to the gym and did a couple 500 meter sprints at my 6k-5, biked for 10 minutes at a level 10-15, then ran for 20 minutes. See everyone tomorrow!

The final days

Yesterday I went to iRow with Juliette and it was super helpful with improving my erging technique, and hopefully I will see a difference on my 2k this wednesday. Today I did the thursday circuit and tried to enjoy the last few hours of break. Excited to see you all tomorrow!

Last workouts of xmass break

From Friday-Sunday: I ran 3.5 miles and then did the monday circuit on friday, strength circuit on sunday. I'll see everyone tomorrow! :)

yesterday i erged 2x1000 at 5k-8 and today i erged a 2k at my goal split and took a yoga class

Past couple days

On Thursday I had a rowing class, where I erged about 15k, and on Friday I had a workout with a trainer then ran a mile, Saturday I did the Thursday circuit 3 times, and today I am going on a 3 mile hike, see everyone tmr! 😊

Last few days of break

Thursday: I did the strength circuit and Thursday circuit. After that my dad and I did a weight workout. 

Friday: I was out of town so all I could do was run so I ran two miles and stretched. 

Saturday: Today I did the Monday circuit twice. Ran 1 mile. Strength circuit. Ran 1 mile and strength circuit. After some weights and stretching.

Past week workouts...

Sunday: My dad and I went on a 4 and 1/2 mile run along the green belt.
Monday: Maddie and I biked/did circuits (Monday circuit, strength circuit, and Monday circuit again) for 20min each.  Afterward, we spent 10min on foam rollers and stretching 
Wednesday: Wednesdy I biked on the stationary bike machine for 20min, and then I did lots of excersizes using the TRX. 
Thursday: Did an excersize "routine" I found in a fitness magazine consisting of excersizes featured in the T25 excersize video by trainer Shaun T including excersizes he calls hammer kicks, hop hop squats, pyramids, kick and lunge combos, crossovers, the hip up v hold, burpee push up jacks, alternate speed-knees, and walking ski abs. 
Friday (today): My family and I went to the gym for about 30minutes doing various nautilus/weight machines.

Today I ran 2 miles then erged a 2000x2 at 5k-5.
Yesterday I erged 4x500m at 6k-5, 2x200m at 6k-6, 1x100m at 6k-8, then Biked for 10 minutes. Today I ran 3 miles then stretched.

New year workouts

Wednesday I did circuits and I stretched and Thursday I ran a mile, 100 toe rises, 50 squats, 50 sit-ups, 50 abdominal crunches, 50 lunges, 40 seconds wall sits, planks, and side planks x3, and I stretched. 

Workout Review

Monday: I went for a 30 minute run and did 50 squats and 40 sit ups.

Tuesday: I went for a 25 minute run, did 50 squats, 40 sit ups, 30 lunges, 20 push ups, and then ran home ( about 10 minutes )

Wednesday: same workout as Tuesday

Thursday: I took my first Bikram Yoga class in Hermosa! It was ridiculously hot, but I plan on going back tomorrow.

Today I went cross country skiing for an hour and a half 

Run and Erg workout

Today I ran 2 miles on the beach. Came home and did steady state for 15 minutes and then 2 x 2000 at 5k on the erg. Stretched a lot after! 
 I ran two miles on the treadmill then did 2 sets of the Monday circuit and 2 sets of 7 minute workout, and after I stretched

New Years workout

Today I ran one mile on a tread mill. After that I went on two machines that work your legs and on one of them I did 200 reps with a resistance of 150. After that I did 10 minutes of stretching, then I did two sets of 1 minute planks (forward, side, backwards). I finished with a set of 50 squats,  30 sit ups, and more stretching. Happy New Years everyone!!

What I have been up to

Monday: Kaitlyn and I did the Monday circuit twice and the strength circuit. Then we biked for 20 minutes. Lots of stretching and rolling out after. 

Tuesday: I ran 3 miles and did the Thursday circuit. After I rolled out on the foam roller. 

Wednesday: Today I stretched and ran 3 miles and stretched some more.

New Year's Day Hike

Went on a 3 hour hike today with my family. Happy New Year! 
Today I did 5 times 250m with 1min rest Then I did squats with 10 pounders and stretched then did 40 sit-ups
