1hr workout at gym:
5 min bike warm-up
15 min ab (45 sec on, 15 sec off x 15 w different exercises)
10 min bike hard pressure
10 push-ups, 15 sit-ups, 20 squats x 4
10 min bike hard pressure
Stretch
