Saturday!

Hi! So I didn't have a lot of time this morning to workout because I was busy trying to decipher 8th grade explanations of the causes of the American Revolution. I still managed to spend 45 very efficient minutes at Dogtown. I did some mobility work followed by 5 x 5 back squats and shoulder press and 3 x 10 good mornings. Hope everyone's having a good weekend!
