1hr workout at gym:
5 min bike warm-up
15 min ab (45 sec on, 15 sec off x 15 w different exercises)
10 min bike hard pressure
10 push-ups, 15 sit-ups, 20 squats x 4
10 min bike hard pressure
Stretch

Wednesday 11/27

At trainer with sister:
4 x 20 sec on 10 sec off, rest x 4 erg bursts
Different ab exercises
8 squats w/ 10 lb weights x 3
8 press w/ no weight x 3
Push-ups, band pull-ups

Hope everyone had a good thanksgiving! This morning I went to the gym and did 8 sets of 25 squats with either 10 or 20 lb weights on a bar

Saturday!

Hi! So I didn't have a lot of time this morning to workout because I was busy trying to decipher 8th grade explanations of the causes of the American Revolution. I still managed to spend 45 very efficient minutes at Dogtown. I did some mobility work followed by 5 x 5 back squats and shoulder press and 3 x 10 good mornings. Hope everyone's having a good weekend!

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Today I ran 4 miles and did a weight workout after.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! Yesterday, my family went to a two hour yoga class before we started our Thanksgiving festivities. The class was packed and it must've been about 2,000 degrees in there. I sweated a lot. Feel like I earned my turkey and my pie. Mmmm… Pie...

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! This morning my outrigger canoe club had our annual Thanksgiving paddle. We paddled 8 miles to PV cove and back. Have a great day everyone!!

This morning we stretched and went on a 2 mile run along the green belt. After we did the Monday circuit and stretched some more! Hope everyone is having a great Thanksgiving!

On Wednesday I went to the Manhattan Beach country club and ran 1 mile, erged a 1k and did the Thursday circuit. After I went home and stretched and then I went to practice!

First Post!

Hi Everyone! Thanks to those of you who have already signed on to our winter training blog. Hopefully the numbers will increase! (Hint, hint) Remember, there is a blogger app, so you don't need access to a computer to stay in touch.

For those of you who aren't at practice today, I hope you're off doing something cool or traveling somewhere cool. Please feel free to share any workouts you've done today in lieu of attending practice.

Personally, today is a rest and mobility day for me. I lifted a lot of weight over my head yesterday. It hurt a lot. Now, I'm sore. I spent about 25 minutes on my foam roller stretching this morning. And, I'll be doing the same tonight.
